Cloncurry Coaches is our Cloncurry-based arm, covering charters, school runs and transfers out of the Curry and the surrounding stations. Same vehicles, same standards, same phone number.
Our story
Mount Isa Coaches has been moving people around the North West for more than twenty years. The head office sits in the Airside Logistics Building at Mount Isa Airport, which is why we can meet a flight on the tarmac and have a coach at the terminal door minutes later.
The business is locally owned and locally staffed. Between our drivers and operations team there is over a hundred years of combined experience on these roads, and that matters more out here than it does in a capital city. Knowing which road is cut after rain, which gate needs an induction and how long the run to Cloncurry really takes is the difference between a trip that works and one that does not.
Today we carry mine crews to site, school groups to excursions, wedding guests between venues, and chartered groups from the airport and the rail station. Our sister brands, Cloncurry Coaches and North West Tours, cover the Cloncurry depot and the tour side of the business.
